BRK buying back shares

Looks like they are buying back at 1.1 book value - this is a good sign.

Looks like just the threat of repurchases has send the stock over 1.1x book value.

I saw this on a Message board on the net:

"Mr Buffett, when the price is > 1.1X book please use the money to pay us dividend ok?"

Dividend in my opinion is a bad idea. I would rather Buffett allocate money in the current market than issue dividends.
